Anderson Trucking Service is Now Hiring Dry Van CDL-A Company Driver & Lease Operators Dry Van CDL-A Drivers - Earn $1,500 - $1,900/Week as a Company Driver Gross $4,600 - $5,800/Week as a Lease Operator - The Choice is Yours

You love the freedom of being an over-the-road (OTR) truck driver. Now it's time to steer your own business at Anderson Trucking Service (ATS)!

Company Drivers:

Earn $1,500 - $1,900 per week
Weekly $1,400 minimum guaranteed pay for your first 12 weeks
60 - 72 CPM based on regional or OTR route type
Consistent dry van freight with specialized earning opportunities
$2,500 orientation completion bonus
$1,500 on first settlement, plus $1,000 after 30 days
Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
401(k), paid vacation, life and disability insurance
Pet-friendly rider program
Paid orientation travel, hotel, meals, and transportation (spouses welcome)

Our Dry Van Lease Operator Program Delivers:

Earn $4,600 - $5,800 gross weekly
Take home $1,700 - $2,700 after expenses
$4,000 sign-on bonus
$1,500 on first dispatch, $1,000 after 15 days, $1,000 after 30 days, and $500 after 45 days
Mileage progression pay structure: the more you drive (or the longer you stay), the more you earn
Earn 70% of linehaul and accessorials
Fuel surcharge guarantee
2023-2027 Freightliners or Peterbilts
Fuel discounts + tire fund ($1.80 CPM) for new tires when needed

Build Your Trucking Business with ATS:

No money down and no credit check required
Short-term 1-year lease: $4,000 completion bonus after year 1
Long-term 4-year lease: Includes an Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) and no completion bonus
Enjoy two weeks with no fixed expenses

Short- and Long-Term Lease Options:

Short-Term: 1-year lease - no money down, no credit check, $4,000 completion bonus
Long-Term: 4-year lease - includes an Auxiliary Power Unit (APU), no credit check

Requirements:

Valid Class A CDL
Lease Operators: 12 months of verifiable OTR experience
Company Drivers: 6 months of verifiable OTR experience
21 years of age or older
Meet DOT requirements and have a stable driving history
Have 0 safety terminations in the past 12 months, truck abandonments in the past 36 months, and preventable DOT accidents in the past 24 months
