Crew Member
Martin's Restaurants is hiring for various positions including cashier, cook, biscuit maker, food handler, and food preparer. Available shifts include full-time (30 - 40 hours) and part-time (less than 30 hours).
Responsibilities include arriving on time, addressing customer questions, completing various duties, escalating problems to the correct manager, prioritizing tasks, managing equipment, cleaning the restaurant and kitchen, being flexible in duties, and maintaining a professional attitude.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a personable and friendly demeanor, reliability and punctuality, strong communication skills, the ability to stand and walk throughout the shift, the ability to lift heavy objects up to fifty pounds, and availability to work irregular hours including mornings, weekends, and holidays. Further training will be provided on the job.
Preferred experience includes one year in the food industry and a driver's license.
