Support students and schools as an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) on a contract basis. You'll play a key role in helping students achieve their communication goals through individualized and group therapy, making a real impact within the educational setting.

What you bring:

• Current Illinois SLP license, in good standing
• Previous experience working in a school-based environment is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with IEP development, progress tracking, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt approaches to support diverse student needs
• Adherence to all district and state requirements for school-based SLPs (such as PEL, if required)

What you'll do:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and support the development of educational plans
• Work closely with educators, staff, and families to provide resources and support
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and progress reports
• Stay current on best practices and state regulations for SLPs in school settings
