Restaurant Operations Manager

Restaurant & Operations Manager Provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience. Core Responsibilities Develop and lead hourly team members to exceed guest expectations. Ensure proactive leadership by maintaining positive staff and guest experiences through personal interactions. Lead recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, and professional development of guest service–focused team members. Live and model the company’s core values while collaborating with the management team to achieve high‑quality and timely results. Qualifications 21+ years of age. Minimum 2 years of Restaurant/Hospitality experience. Proficiency in managing the cost of goods sold and labor. Strong leadership capabilities and ability to create a memorable guest experience. Appointed to work weekends, nights, and holidays. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions. Ability to oversee all aspects of the business—from the most minor details to the big picture. Experience handling high daily volumes and long shifts (average 50‑hour work weeks).
