HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR

$28–$36/hr | DATA CENTER & COMMERCIAL PROJECTS |

If you've got experience on a dozer or excavator and know how to cut grade, build pads, and move dirt, we've got work. Join a crew working on data centers, commercial developments, condos, and large earthmoving projects .

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Run dozers and excavators on commercial job sites

• Build pads for condos, strip malls, and mixed-use developments

• Perform grading, earthmoving, and compaction work

• Load trucks and move material efficiently

• Use skid steers when needed for cleanup and site work

• Follow grade plans and GPS systems to hit specs

WHAT YOU NEED

• Experience operating dozers and excavators

• GPS experience (Trimble or Topcon preferred)

• Strong grading and pad-building experience

• Ability to produce clean, quality work

• Reliable and safety-focused

BONUS SKILLS

• Experience loading trucks efficiently

• Leadership experience

• Civil construction or earthmoving experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Glenwood, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $36.00/hr.
