Roles and Responsibilities Work with Operations Superintendent and Engineering on well work operations Supervise and assist Workover Superintendent on all field engineering operations Responsible for reviewing and approving invoices Recommend and implement any cost control opportunities Work closely with the Field Operations Team on projects and day to day operational matters Communicate with all stakeholders openly and honestly Manage wellsite contractors Work with regulatory department Develop synergies and shared responsibilities Supervise contract crews as requiredReport any and all spills/drips or safety hazards or concerns Learn and train others associated with job duties Location preparation and coordination for well work operations Required Knowledge, Experience, Skills and Competencies Demonstrated knowledge of wellsite operations Strong computer skills (Microsoft office suite) Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations is required Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization Education: High School diploma or GED required, with a preference for Associates Degree, trade school, or applicable professional certification. Certifications & Licenses Valid driver's license with no restrictions that would prohibit driving a company vehicle is required.
