This role also supports internal teams and customers by assisting with reporting and operational metrics.All tasks must be performed in accordance with the company's ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS). This includes participating in annual information and network security training and accepting ad hoc spot checks to support the continuous improvement of Proofpoint's ISMS. Team members are expected to understand the importance of the ISMS and the proper handling of customer data.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with monitoring events for Proofpoint PCMS customers.Escalate necessary events to customers using approved escalation paths.Assist customers and internal teams with metrics and reporting from security platforms.Assist with improving monitoring and alerting for Proofpoint PCMS customers.Perform all responsibilities in accordance with the company's ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS) requirements.Participate in annual information and network security training.Support ad hoc ISMS spot checks and follow established processes for handling customer data.QualificationsExperience analyzing data within large data sets.Customer service experience.Experience working as part of a team.Experience with Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.This posting is anticipated to remain open until August 31st, 2026Why Proofpoint?At Proofpoint, we believe that an exceptional career experience includes a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
