The Human Resource Manager will oversee day-to-day HR operations, reporting directly to the CEO. This role involves managing employee relations, recruitment, policy development, and ensuring compliance. The position utilizes a blend of automated and manual HR tools and technologies to support talent acquisition and accurate reporting. There is no travel required for this role.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations to foster a positive work environment
- Lead recruitment and talent acquisition efforts
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company goals
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate HR reporting and documentation
- Utilize a hybrid of automated and manual HR processes
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years in human resources management
- Expertise in employee relations and conflict resolution
- Proficiency in HR policies and performance management
- Experience with recruitment and staffing processes
- Strong understanding of employment law
- Excellent communication skills
