$60/hour Ultimate Therapy is hiring a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to support our rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing facility. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling and the ability to work with residents on meaningful goals related to function, safety, and independence. What You'll Do:
- Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatment sessions based on resident needs
- Address ADLs, upper extremity function, coordination, cognition, and adaptive techniques
- Recommend equipment and strategies that support safe participation in daily routines
- Partner with rehab staff, nursing, and families to support resident progress
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
- Flexible PRN scheduling
- Collaborative rehab environment with PT, OT, SLP, and nursing support
- Opportunity to work with both short-term rehab and long-term care residents
- Resident-centered care with a focus on functional outcomes
- Active Occupational Therapist license required
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
- Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
