Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students according to their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify communication disorders
• Develop, implement, and revise treatment plans and therapy goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, and families to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings, progress reporting, and data tracking
• Offer guidance and resources to staff and families to enhance communication strategies within the educational setting
