Responsibilities: Manage cases from intake through resolution Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery Take and defend depositions Appear at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial Maintain client communication and reporting Handle a mix of insurance defense (premises, construction, auto, etc.) and complex litigation matters Qualifications: Active California Bar license (required) 2+ years of litigation experience (open to more senior candidates) Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills Ability to manage deadlines in a high-volume practice Construction defect experience is a strong plus Insurance defense background preferred Multi-state bar admission (CA, TX, NV) is a bonus Compensation & Structure: Competitive salary Billable requirement ~ 1850 hours Bonus potential Hybrid flexibility for experienced attorneys Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k, CLE, bar dues, etc.) Interested in hearing more?
