We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Fund/Client Accounting, to join our Fund and IS Client Ops team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: * Conduct accounting services for assigned clients and complex funds, including determining net asset values (NAVs), calculating fund performance, allocating expenses, and preparing reports. * Lead and guide junior team members for assigned clients or funds; perform specialist review functions and provide input into methodologies, driving service improvement plans and process efficiencies. * Provide guidance and review work related to cash and asset reconciliations for complex accounts or transactions; resolve reconciliations for the most complex or atypical transactions and review junior team members’ work. * Draft and structure client reports on the performance of highly complex funds; regularly interact with clients to answer questions and resolve multifaceted issues regarding fund reports and accounting processes. * Evaluate GAAP and/or IFRS rules to assess the impact of new regulations on BNY Mellon fund accounting practices. * Contribute to the achievement of related team objectives; may be tasked with Team Lead responsibilities and provide guidance to less experienced team members. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: * Bachelor’s degree in accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 7–10 years of total work experience preferred.
• Experience with a Big 4 accounting firm preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and/or IFRS, with the ability to evaluate regulatory

impacts on fund accounting practices. * People leadership: No direct reports; provides guidance to less experienced team members and may have Team Lead responsibilities in some geographies. The expected base salary for this position when employment commences can be found in the Job Info section at the bottom of the posting. Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents.
