Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $155,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Atlas Search An established $8-10B alternative credit investment manager is seeking a Tax & Reporting Associate to join its lean and collaborative Finance team. This is a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure across fund and management company tax work in a growing, credit-focused investment environment. The Role You will work closely with senior leadership on a wide variety of tax and reporting responsibilities, including: Preparing and maintaining management company and GP entity financial reporting Modeling and projecting taxable income in Excel Preparing fund tax estimates, foreign tax accruals, and ad hoc requests Supporting external auditors and coordinating with third-party providers Reviewing workpapers, returns, K-1s, and informational filings for fund entities and SPVs Assisting with U.S. state and local tax filings, withholding tax payments, and FBAR filings Growing into tax planning responsibilities as you progress in the role What We’re Looking For 4–7 years of relevant experience in tax or management reporting (Big 4 or mix of public + in-house) Strong knowledge of partnership and corporate tax compliance; prior exposure to alternative investments is a plus (credit, hedge fund, or private equity) Excellent Excel and analytical skills; ability to handle complex structures and deadlines CPA preferred (or in progress) Strong communicator with the ability to work effectively in a small, high-performing team Why Join?
