The ideal candidate will be responsible for patient evaluation, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering effective therapy to restore function and mobility.Responsibilities\n \n Screen, evaluate, and treat patients based on individual needs.\n Develop and update comprehensive treatment and discharge plans of care.\n Document services accurately and in a timely manner.\n Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians in accordance with practice acts.\n Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and family members to ensure comprehensive patient care.\n Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.\n Qualifications\n \n Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).\n Active state Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain.\n Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.\n Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.\n \n \n Wellspring Nurse Source Job ID #37854925.
