The Mary T. Family of Companies is now hiring Direct Support Professionals in the Severna Park, MD area. Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) serve individuals with disabilities in a residential group home setting by assisting with personal cares (bathing, toileting, grooming, hygiene, etc.), transportation and support for community outings and activities, medication administration, housekeeping and cleaning duties, and meal preparation. $16.00 - $16.50 Per Hour Paid Training, No Experience Needed! Thirty or more hours/week is considered full-time and eligible for benefits as noted above.

Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older with a High School Diploma or GED Possess a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation The ability to pass a criminal background and motor vehicle record check A willingness to work hard and a desire to help others Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic computer skills
