• Assist customers with minor technology issues such as connecting personal devices to the network.
• Ensure printers are stocked with paper and toner. Troubleshoot minor printer issues such as paper jams.
• Check out laptop, hotspots, and other items to customers using inventory management software.
• Ensure lab computers are operational and troubleshoot minor issues as they arise.
• Work shifts that may fall anywhere between 7:00 AM and midnight, Sunday through Saturday. If the employee is unable to make his/her shift, they are asked to coordinate coverage with their coworkers.

• Must be a currently enrolled student, registered for classes, and in good academic standing.
• Must maintain a GPA of 2.0 or higher.
• Ability to effectively communicate one on one with end users.

• Basic troubleshooting ability with some or all of the following:
  • Windows OS
  • Mac OS
  • Mobile devices

• Installing printer paper and ink cartridges.

Salary Starting at $12 an hour
