Compensation: $2003 - $2413 | Shift: 3x12 Rotating

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive care to patients and families throughout various stages of life.
• Develop and update patient care plans, ensuring coordination among different healthcare disciplines.
• Engage in shared accountability and collaborative decision-making regarding nursing practices.
• Utilize your high-risk labor and delivery experience to enhance patient outcomes.
• Conduct fetal monitoring and provide antepartum care as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant healthcare setting.
• Current BLS and NRP certifications are mandatory.
• Experience with the Epic electronic health records system is required.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Working Conditions

This position involves a rotating shift schedule, requiring flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of patients and the healthcare team.
