On our team, you'll use your leadership skills and data science expertise to create real-world impact. You'll work closely with clients to understand their questions and needs, and then dig into their data-rich environments to find the pieces of their information puzzle. You'll guide teammates and lead the development of algorithms and systems. You'll use the right combination of tools and frameworks to turn sets of disparate data points into objective answers to advise your clients as they make informed decisions. Ultimately, you'll provide a deep understanding of the data, what it all means, and how it can be used.

You Have:

• 4+ years of experience working within data science, machine learning engineering, or data research in a professional or academic environment

• 2+ years of experience with programming, including machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Caffe, Python, or MXNET

• Experience with machine learning, including linear, reinforcement learning, tree based, or deep learning-based methods and regularization approaches for each

• Experience with programming in Python and R

• Experience with MLOps, GitOps

• Experience deploying machine learning models into a production environment

• Experience developing software architectures with containerization tools, including Docker and Kubernetes

• Knowledge of Databricks, PyTorch, Tensorflow, Langchain, or Kubernetes

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with client engagements, client-facing project work, and business development

• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, such as AWS, Azure, and GCP

• Ability to work in a Linux environment with bash scripting

• Master's degree in Computer Science or Data Science

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
