Assistant Resident Care Director (RN, Nurse Manager) Senior Living Residences – East Greenwich, an assisted living and memory support community in Concord, is acclaimed for its forward‑thinking, pace‑setting innovations in senior care. Senior Living Residences – East Greenwich’s caring Resident Care team provides direct care to senior residents in a safe, home‑like, and fun work environment. PAY & BENEFITS

Annual salary starting at $90,000. Our comprehensive standard benefits program begins on the day of hire and includes paid time off, holiday pay, and health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

The Assistant Resident Care Director supports the management of comprehensive care plans for all residents, including Assisted Living residents and those in our specialized Alzheimer’s and Dementia care neighborhood. You will train our team of CNAs and serve as a liaison with family members, community agencies, physicians, and care providers. *This position requires on‑call responsibilities to best support the staff and community.

REQUIREMENTS / WHAT WE EXPECT

A passion for working with seniors and a collaborative mindset that values teamwork. Excellent communication skills and a tech‑forward approach to daily operations, especially in the “new normal”. Ability to maintain professional integrity and build trust, particularly in challenging situations. This position requires an RN who is a graduate of an approved nursing program with a valid Rhode Island nursing license or who otherwise meets the Assisted Living regulations. Experience in a senior community environment and reliable transportation for resident assessments is a must.
