Warehouse Coordinator

We're looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to help keep our technicians equipped and our operations running smoothly. The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for managing inventory, stocking service vehicles, coordinating parts procurement, and maintaining company equipment and vehicles. This role plays a critical part in ensuring technicians have the tools, parts, and supplies they need to serve customers efficiently. Qualifications High school diploma Valid driver\'s license Ability to pass a background check and maintain a drug-free workplace Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with technicians and office staff Ability to lift 50 - 75lbs and handle warehouse materials Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors Ability to safely operate tools and equipment when needed Responsibilities Track and maintain accurate warehouse inventory levels Ensure service trucks and vehicles are properly stocked daily Source and purchase parts and equipment in a cost-effective manner Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse Oversee routine maintenance and service schedules for company vehicles Manage equipment logs and coordinate repairs when needed Process incoming and outgoing shipments and track deliveries Communicate with technicians to ensure they have the parts and tools needed for jobs Maintain records and reports related to inventory, orders and vehicle maintenance Required Skills Quality control Equipment handling Record keeping Adaptability Supply chain Safety protocols Microsoft Excel Attention to detail Time management Problem-solving Teamwork Communication Organization Inventory Logistics Desired Skills Scheduling Forklift operation Benefits: Competitive Pay ($25 - $30/Hour) Paid Time Off (PTO) Medical, Dental, and Life Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Other Incentives and Growth Opportunities Why Join Apollo Plumbing?
