JR080 Project Engineer

We have an in‑house Architectural Finishes & Specialty Fabrication Division that ships/installs nationally. We are seeking an experienced project engineer at our Ft. Lauderdale office. What you will do: Working closely with superintendents on day‑to‑day operations of construction sites. Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications. Working with submittals, RFIs and RFCOs. Assisting in contract buyouts. Working with architects, engineers and subcontractors. Developing project schedules and phasing plans. Attending and documenting project meetings. What you will need to be successful: Minimum of two (2) years in the commercial construction field paired with a degree in Construction Management/Engineering/Architecture or a related field. LEED AP certification is preferred but not required. Computer skills required – Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
