Lead the daily operations of an established residential property management portfolio of approximately 200 units. Responsibilities include owner and resident communication, leasing, inspections, lease preparation, move-ins/move-outs, maintenance oversight, and coordination of administrative staff.

The ideal candidate will have experience in residential property management, be highly organized, proactive, comfortable with property management software, and able to manage competing deadlines with minimal supervision.
