LaFayette Ford is looking for experienced, self-motivated individuals with a positive attitude and professional demeanor to fill open Sales Professional positions. Our dealership’s hours are 9am-8pm Monday – Friday and 9am- 6pm on Saturdays, with multiple shifts available. Some evenings and weekends required. Why Choose LaFayette Ford? Ongoing compensation will transition to a performance-based structure Responsibilities Learn about Ford and Lincoln Vehicles to become one of our product experts Maintain a strong knowledge base of all new vehicles and technology Perform vehicle demonstrations of features and technology Respond to customers inquires via social media, phone, email, etc. Have meaningful conversations with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options Serve as a resource for our customers when they have questions about vehicles, products, or services Help customers navigate the car buying process and be there to support them after the sale Work with Sales Managers and Finance Department to ensure customers have a seamless car buying experience Qualifications Career-focused mindset Excellent written and verbal communication skills Intermediate ability to learn web applications for customer management Able to frequently move around the dealership facilities and the outdoor lot to interact with customers and other departments Valid Driver’s License and minimum 3 years of driving experience 2 years of prior sales experience of any kind LaFayette Ford is a drug-free workplace and an equal opportunity employer.
