You assure smooth and efficient performance within and across the production floor, providing supervision, guidance & assistance to Production Technicians.**You Will*** Shift Leaders on the production floor to help ensure efficient bottle and container production. Ensure products are in accordance with customer specified requirements.* Ensure team members practice safe work habits by leading by example & promoting a strong safety culture.* Coordinate work assignments & training, providing coaching & guidance to Technicians.* Report on the effectiveness and performance of production activities to the production manager.* Have a continued focus on shifts’ overall performance (safety, quality, reliability, and scrap progress towards goals).
