Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security‑related incidents, and support tenants and visitors with strong customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $23.29 / Hour Job Schedule: Daytime Sat 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM; Sun 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout building interiors, parking areas, common spaces, and perimeter access points to help deter unwanted activity and identify security‑related concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, loading areas, and/or other assigned access points, assisting with authorized access, visitor inquiries, and reporting unusual conditions or maintenance‑related issues. Support daily property operations by completing incident reports, maintaining awareness of site activity, and following Allied Universal post orders and client‑directed procedures. Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of security‑related experience is required. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
