Registered Nurse (RN)

Registered Nurse (RN) - Rice Lake, Wisconsin

Heritage Lakeside Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking qualified, dedicated, and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and promoting a warm and welcoming environment for our residents. With a focus on patient-centered care, we strive to develop personalized care plans that address each resident's physical, spiritual, social, and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, plan, and implement the nursing care of residents within the facility, ensuring continuity of care between shifts
  • Provide direct care, as well as supervise the care given by Certified Nursing Assistants (C.N.A.s) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) support staff members
  • Participate in resident and family education, serving as a resident advocate with a focus on our facility's mission

Qualifications:

  • Current/valid Wisconsin RN License/registration

Heritage Lakeside Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is a facility with 60+ beds, where our team has an average length of service of over 8 years. We are committed to providing exceptional patient care and are seeking like-minded professionals who share our passion for delivering high-quality care.
