We are seeking an enthusiastic Associate, Growth Merchant Lead (aGML) for Emerging Markets to help drive new partnerships with local and regional restaurants. In this field sales position, you will be responsible for winning new business and contributing to the overall growth strategy of DoorDash. You will travel extensively to emerging markets, primarily in rural areas, and engage in face-to-face transactions to close deals swiftly.

Compensation

Pay includes base compensation plus additional commission for every new restaurant partnership. On target earnings (OTE) for commissions are $1,900 per month, with uncapped potential for exceeding this amount.

Requirements

• 2.5 years of sales experience in a closing sales role or related experience.
• Ability to travel frequently, at least 50% of the time, to meet with restaurant owners.
• Efficient and strategic with both inside and outside sales tactics.

Preferences

• Experience selling to small and medium-sized businesses, especially in the food and beverage industry.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a knack for building scalable strategies and playbooks.
