Job Title: Respiratory Therapist - RRT

Location: Bradenton, FL 34208

Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: 3x12-Hour Nights

Hours per Week: 36 Hours



Job Details:

  • Night shift Registered Respiratory Therapist
  • 3 shifts per week (12 hours each)
  • Must live at least 100 miles away
  • NICU and Adult Care experience required - Do not submit without this experience
  • License required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience required
  • No longer accepting CRT - must be RRT
Certifications Required:
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • PALS
  • NRP
Job Responsibilities:
  • Administer respiratory care as prescribed by the physician
  • Perform diagnostic evaluations, including obtaining and analyzing physiological specimens
  • Interpret physiologic data and perform cardiopulmonary tests and studies
  • Provide management, education, rehabilitation, and care for patients with cardiopulmonary deficiencies
  • Apply and monitor medical gases and environmental control systems
  • Provide mechanical ventilatory support and artificial airway care
  • Perform bronchopulmonary hygiene procedures
  • Administer pharmacological agents related to respiratory care
  • Provide cardiopulmonary rehabilitation and hemodynamic cardiovascular support
