Route Service Representative

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Compensation Solid base salary with commission potential after route assignment Majority of work on a 4‑Day workweek, with no nights or weekends Monthly/Quarterly performance bonuses & incentives Key Responsibilities Serve as the face of Cintas to customers, building rapport with key decision makers Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety and professionalism Comply with driving and vehicle regulations Qualifications Meets all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs Active driver’s license At least 21 years of age DOT medical certification Documentation of previous employment Physical ability to meet position requirements High School diploma, GED, or Military Service Strong customer service orientation Self‑motivation and teamwork skills to meet goals Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit Benefits Competitive pay 401(k) with company match/profit sharing/ESOP Disability, life, and AD&D insurance – 100% company paid Paid time off and holidays Skills development, training, and career advancement opportunities Cintas Corporation is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
