Senior Accounting Consultant Madison, TN / Fully Onsite M-F 8:00 – 5:00 Hourly Pay Range: $50.00 – $77.00/hr Medical Imaging / Healthcare Services Industry About the Opportunity We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accounting Consultant to step into a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment undergoing post-acquisition integration. This consultant will play a critical role in untangling and rebuilding complex intercompany accounting processes across multiple entities, both domestic and international. Ideal for a hands‑on professional who thrives on solving challenging, high‑impact accounting problems. Key Responsibilities Lead high-level close processes, including multi-entity consolidations Manage complex intercompany accounting, including international transactions, eliminations, and reconciliations Analyze and rebuild intercompany billing structures and processes Own balance sheet and P&L reconciliation processes across multiple entities Perform inventory reconciliations and implement improved inventory controls Identify and drive process improvements across accounting operations Support the Controller and partner closely with executive leadership Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed Establish scalable accounting processes and documentation in a growing environment Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance CPA strongly preferred Proven experience with multi-entity and international/intercompany accounting Strong background in consolidations and financial close processes Prior experience in public accounting or working with external auditors preferred Experience in inventory-heavy environments (required) Demonstrated success in similar project-based or transformation roles Proficiency in Sage Intacct, advanced Excel, PowerBI data/reporting tools Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and navigate ambiguity Strong communication style; collaborative, tactful, and effective in influencing stakeholders #J-18808-Ljbffr
