Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr Location: Downtown LA; *Only 1 day in office after training* | Full-Time A leading global law firm is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to join its Pricing & Profitability team. This is a high-impact role where you’ll collaborate with partners, finance, and business development teams to design creative pricing solutions that drive client value and firm growth. What You’ll Do Build and maintain financial models to support competitive, profitable pricing strategies. Analyze historical data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Develop innovative fee structures (fixed fees, retainers, success-based arrangements, etc.). Prepare pricing proposals for client RFPs and special projects. Manage client billing rates and complex arrangements in Elite 3E . Conduct scenario modeling and financial impact analysis to guide decisions. Leverage analytics tools ( Excel, Power BI, Tableau ) to automate and enhance processes. Partner with leadership on annual rate review and firmwide pricing initiatives. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or related analytical roles Legal experience required Strong financial modeling skills and advanced Excel proficiency . Experience with Elite 3E strongly preferred. Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) a plus. Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex data for non-financial stakeholders. Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Why Join?
