You do not need previous insurance or financial services experience to be considered. We provide training, coaching, licensing guidance, and sales support.

Your Role

• Contact prospects
• Conduct insurance consultations by phone or video conference.
• Gather information about each client's needs and financial priorities.
• Present insurance solutions clearly and transparently.
• Help clients make informed coverage decisions.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain organized client records.
• Participate in ongoing insurance and sales training.
• Work independently while remaining connected to a virtual team.

No Traditional Prospecting

This position does not involve:

• Door-to-door selling
• Traditional cold calling

Requirements

• Available to work full-time.
• Willing to obtain the appropriate state insurance license.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Professional, honest, and client-focused.
• Able to manage time without constant supervision.
• Comfortable working in a commission-only position.
• Coachable and willing to follow a proven sales process.
