IED - QIS/Structured Sales - Associate

Structured Sales Support

Equities is looking for a structured sales support with experience in QIS to support senior salespeople in marketing and distributing QIS solutions (e.g., systematic strategies, indices, structured products) to institutional clients such as asset managers, hedge funds, and pensions.

*Develop a strong understanding of quantitative strategies across asset classes (equities, rates, FX, commodities) and articulate their investment rationale to clients

*Prepare client-facing materials including pitchbooks, performance reports, and strategy updates

*Assist in responding to client inquiries, RFPs, and due diligence requestsCoordinate with structuring, trading, and research teams to tailor solutions to client needs

*Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients while supporting new business development efforts

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $150,000 and $200,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
