Schedule

This position offers flexible start times, with shifts ranging from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM or 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM. The role includes being on call during the week from end of shift until 7:00 AM one night per week, and on call over weekends from the end of shift Friday through Monday at 7:00 AM every fourth weekend. Holidays may require work shifts or on call participation, with hours varying based on holiday rotation.

Job Description

As a Healthcare Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care while adhering to safety protocols and professional standards. Your expertise will contribute to the overall health and recovery of patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout their treatment process.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care in accordance with established standards and practices.
• Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the medical team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• COVID-19 Vaccination required for onboarding.
• MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and 2-Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) clearance necessary.
• Fit Test and Physical/Health Statement must be provided.
• Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen clearance is mandatory.
• Additional certifications and checks to include Trinity Profile, Criminal Background Check, Education Verification, and Skill Checklists.
