Shipping Coordinator

Job Summary Live Nation Entertainment is hiring a Shipping Coordinator to manage shipping activities across all lines of business, both domestic and international, ensuring timely and cost‑effective delivery. Key Responsibilities Track purchase orders and coordinate shipping from suppliers to multiple global locations. Coordinate with internal departments, third‑party distributors, and external parties to ensure product arrives on time and at the best possible cost. Ensure all shipments comply with interstate and international traffic laws and regulations. Respond to shipping complaints, lost items, and damages. Monitor production team open purchase orders to ensure timely receiving of goods. Required Qualifications 2 to 4 years of shipping and logistics experience. Familiarity with freight, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, domestically and internationally. Strong mastery of Microsoft Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail‑ and deadline‑oriented with strong follow‑through. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Positive work attitude and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in the entertainment and/or music industries an advantage.
