Physical Therapist

The position involves treating 8-10 patients per day across various locations. Clinicians will be placed at a specific location but may float within a 5-mile radius. The primary focus will be on musculoskeletal and orthopedic cases. Clinics treat patients aged 8 to 100. This role is strictly outpatient. Physical therapists will work alongside physical therapist assistants. There are no rehabilitation aides in physical therapy, ensuring consistent team settings. Shifts may vary from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, or 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Majority of staff will be working five days a week. All clinics will operate on Fridays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Lunch breaks are 45 minutes. Weekend and holiday work is not required. Dress code is business casual. Treatment duration includes 45-minute sessions and 60-minute evaluations, depending on diagnosis. Ideal candidates will demonstrate confidence in their skill set and be strong team players. An onsite educator will provide support. Scheduling will be managed by administrative staff. Floating to other clinics is uncommon but may occur in urgent situations. The furthest potential float would be 30 minutes.
