Job Details

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate for a client in Siloam Springs. This role supports packaging and warehouse operations in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Set up, start up, and operate packaging equipment according to production schedule
Perform sanitation tasks to ensure work area meets quality and safety standards
Complete re-work tasks as needed
Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times
Report safety deviations to supervisor immediately
Report all safety issues, near misses, and injuries
Participate in mandatory safety trainings
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to lift 35-50 lbs regularly
Ability to push/pull up to 50 lbs
Ability to reach overhead, bend, and work at floor level as needed
Basic math and verbal skills (high school level)
Strong attention to safety and compliance standards
Reliable attendance and ability to work in a production environment
