Job Details:Job Description: Overview: We are seeking an HR Director to join our dynamic Business Human Resources (HR) team supporting the Frontend Technology organizations and the Intel Foundry Organization. This role will serve as a strategic business partner to executive and senior leadership within the Logic Technology Development Programs, Logic Technology Development Modules, Manufacturing Development and Customer Engineering, Intel Mask Operations, and Technology Research Organizations. The primary responsibility will be serving as business partner to two of these organizations with oversight of the remaining groups. These organizations encompass approximately 4,000 employees and are critical to establishing Intel's process leadership and foundry business. Frontend Technology Organizations are located primarily in Oregon, where they design and deliver solutions for Intel products and foundry customers that enable world-class technologies.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Partnership and Business Alignment:Provide strategic counsel to executive business leadership on all talent factors related to successful execution of business strategyManage HR strategy by identifying, aligning, and optimizing HR programs, processes, and services that enable business successUnderstand the business intimately and translate business needs into HR operating plansAlign practices and initiatives with the company's overarching strategic and operational goalsLeadership and Team Management:Manage a team of HR business professionals and lead a global HR account teamCoach and develop business HR team members, setting prioritized goals and metrics to measure team growth and performanceDrive results by inspiring people, role modeling Intel values, and developing others' capabilitiesTalent Management and Advisory:Provide advice and counsel to executives and senior leaders on talent matters including succession planning, performance management, recognition and rewards, and employee relationsUtilize HR domain expertise to lead talent decisions, forecasting, and workforce planningConduct one-on-one effectiveness coaching with senior leaders to improve leadership capabilitiesOperational Excellence:Establish and maintain effective relationships supporting global organization objectivesMonitor budget and headcount plans, ensuring people programs align with established cost structures • Use data and analytics to assess organizational health and develop targeted interventionsOwn execution of HR services, partnering with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver standardized solutionsEmployee Relations and Culture:Promote positive employee relations through sensing tools, direct employee engagement, and organizational health monitoringServe as steward of corporate HR practices, guidelines, and policiesRole model Intel culture and values, creating an environment of mutual respect and dignityQualifications:QUALIFICATIONS:10+ years of direct HR experienceBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field with 10+ years of related experience, orMaster's degree or MBA with 5+ years of related experiencePreferred:Significant experience supporting engineering and manufacturing operationsExperience in both union and non-union environmentsInternational experience, including living and working outside the USStrong business and strategic acumen with understanding of profitability drivers and market differentiationDeep HR expertise with ability to apply solutions, guidelines, and policies effectivelyEmployment/labor law knowledge for problem-solving and coachingProven influence and coaching capabilities to drive engagement and performanceJob Type:Experienced HireShift:Shift 1 (United States of America)Primary Location: US, Oregon, HillsboroAdditional Locations:US, California, Folsom, US, California, Santa ClaraBusiness group:Intel's Human Resources group is responsible for hiring, developing and retaining the best and brightest employees while continuing to strengthen the company's culture and values.
