Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective clients by leveraging the 10–20+ live leads provided monthly, ensuring a consistent pipeline of potential buyers and sellers.
• Conduct thorough buyer and seller consultations to understand client needs and provide tailored real estate solutions.
• Master the art of lead conversion through continuous coaching and training, turning prospects into satisfied clients.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, fostering a supportive and innovative work environment.
• Utilize our transparent compensation plan to maximize earnings, ensuring no hidden fees impact your financial goals.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your skills in contract negotiation and real estate market analysis.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Vallejo-Fairfield real estate market to provide clients with accurate and relevant information, enhancing their buying or selling experience.
