Kelly Services is hiring experienced Forklift Operators for a large 3PL facility in Chino, CA. Candidates MUST have at least 2 years of recent experience operating BOTH Sit-Down Clamp Forklifts and Electric Pallet Jacks.

• Pay: $18.00–$19.00/hr
• 25+ Immediate Openings
• Temp-to-Hire

Shift & Pay

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | $18.00/hr
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM | $19.00/hr

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 2 years of recent Sit-Down Clamp Forklift experience
• Minimum 2 years of recent Electric Pallet Jack experience
• Experience on BOTH types of equipment is required

What You'll Do

• Operate Sit-Down Clamp Forklifts and Electric Pallet Jacks safely and efficiently
• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments
• Move, stack, stage, and store merchandise throughout the warehouse
• Pick and prepare products for shipment
• Verify product types and quantities before shipping
• Complete required pre-operation equipment inspections
• Use RF scanners to track and manage inventory
• Assist with physical inventory and cycle counts
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies
• Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and reports
• Follow all established safety procedures and report potential hazards
• Perform order picking and other warehouse duties as needed

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of recent experience on BOTH Sit-Down Clamp and Electric Pallet Jack equipment required
• Experience working in a warehouse or 3PL environment
• RF scanner experience
• Basic Excel and computer skills
• Strong attention to safety and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills
