Senior Full Stack Developer

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience developing applications with Java Spring Boot
- 5+ years of experience with ReactJS
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java Spring Boot, ReactJS, and PostgreSQL.
- Build and enhance custom software components that meet business and technical requirements.
- Develop high-quality, secure, and maintainable code using modern software engineering practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Analyze complex technical issues and implement effective, scalable solutions.
- Mentor team members by sharing technical expertise and development best practices.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes, application quality, and system performance.
