Job Description/Responsibilities Join our team as a Shipping Coordinator, where you’ll play a key role in keeping products moving efficiently from our facility to customers. This role offers hands-on experience with warehouse systems, logistics coordination, and cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be at the center of daily operations—solving problems, improving processes, and helping ensure shipments go out accurately and on time. It’s a great opportunity to build logistics expertise and grow within a dynamic distribution setting. What You’ll Do: Coordinate outbound shipments using WMS, including order picking, carrier check-in, dock assignment, and order verification Prepare and manage shipping documentation such as bills of lading, packing lists, and manifests Communicate with drivers and internal teams to ensure timely loading and resolve scheduling changes Assign and support forklift crews with loading, staging, and outbound order tasks Track shipping performance, maintain inventory accuracy, and support continuous process improvements Qualifications/Requirements Required: High school diploma or GED 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced logistics, warehouse, or distribution environment Clear written and verbal communication skills across teams Preferred: Experience with WMS or other manufacturing systems (ERP, MRP, MPS) Background in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or beverage industry Ability to quickly learn new systems and contribute to process improvements #J-18808-Ljbffr
