We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented team member to prepare high-quality meals in a fast-paced, collaborative kitchen environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in food preparation, kitchen cleanliness, and delivering a positive dining experience for guests.
Responsibilities- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
- Set up workstations with the necessary ingredients, tools, and equipment before service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen throughout all stages of food preparation and service.
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and proper storage to ensure consistent standards.
- Assist with receiving, labeling, and storing kitchen inventory as needed.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures at all times.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely meal preparation and smooth service.
- Support special requests and dietary considerations when applicable.
- Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar kitchen role preferred.
- Basic knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and food safety practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen supplies as needed.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks at once.
