Comprehensive, lucrative salary and benefits.Top reasons to work for our clientOur client provides full-service health care and personalized support to help you age well at home and in your community.Stable company with tremendous opportunity for career advancementHave your contributions recognizedWork with an experienced and energetic teamComprehensive, lucrative salary and benefitsJob DetailsJob Type: Full TimeLocation: Menlo Park, California (Remote)Pay: Good pay and benefits!Job DescriptionWhat you will be doing: Engineering ManagerDrive the delivery of production-grade APIs, integrations, and AI/ML-enabled services within the Interoperability & API Engineering team.Serve as the technical anchor for a dedicated team while enabling broader organizational scaling.Architect solutions, mentor engineers, build proof of concepts (PoCs), enforce engineering excellence, and ensure secure, compliant, scalable, and high-performing systems aligned with healthcare and organizational standards.Shape secure, compliant, production-grade systems that power care for vulnerable seniors.Make decisions that directly affect healthcare delivery, compliance, and participant outcomes.Experience you will needBachelor's degree in a relevant field; master's degree preferred.Minimum of eight (8) years in software engineering, with at least three (3) years in a team leader or senior engineering capacity.Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience with AI/ML, Azure AI Foundry, AI Foundry agents, or related AI integration frameworks.Strong hands-on experience with Python and/or Node.js for API engineering and data integrations; knowledge of Microsoft Azure tools stack is a must.Prior experience in healthcare, interoperability, or API-heavy environments is a must.Proficiency in REST/GraphQL API design, microservices patterns, authentication/authorization (OAuth2, JWT, Entra ID), and event-driven architectures.Familiarity with MLOps tools (Azure ML, MLflow, Databricks) and container ecosystems.Experience with interoperability standards such as FHIR, HL7, EDI, or clinical integration workflows is highly preferred.J-18808-Ljbffr
