Headquartered in Las Vegas and supported by a global team of over 700, they are seeking currently a Head of Media & Sponsorship and sales to join their young and motivated team in their Las Vegas office.

Position Overview:

\n

This person will be responsible for selling sponsorships, advertising, and media opportunities across live events, digital platforms, and broadcast content. The right candidate will have hands-on experience in television and digital ad sales, with a proven track record of generating new business, growing revenue, and maintaining strong client relationships over time. They should be able to develop and execute effective social media marketing and advertising strategies, while working across sales, marketing, and content to create compelling opportunities for brands and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Generation & Partnerships

\n

\n

\n
• Lead sales efforts across live events, digital platforms, broadcast content, and owned media.
\n
• Develop and close new business with major brands, advertisers, agencies, and strategic partners.
\n
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently deliver against revenue goals.
\n
• Develop sponsorship and advertising packages that take advantage of their brand, audience, content, and events.
\n
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and expand partnerships over time.
\n

Media Sales & Monetization

\n

\n

\n
• Build and manage a sales strategy focused on growing revenue and expanding the client base.
\n
• Develop and execute social media marketing and advertising strategies that support client objectives.
\n
• Work across sales, marketing, social, creative, and content teams to develop compelling advertising and partnership opportunities.
\n
• Create presentations, pitch materials, and other tools that clearly communicate value to prospective advertisers and partners.
\n
• Stay close to the market, understand what advertisers are looking for, and identify new opportunities.
\n

Relationship Management

\n

\n

\n
• Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies, media buyers, brand marketers, and direct brand decision-makers.
\n
• Manage key client relationships from initial conversation through close, renewal, and expansion.
\n
• Maintain strong retention across existing accounts while identifying opportunities to increase revenue within those relationships.
\n
• Represent in client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
\n

Qualifications:

\n

\n

\n
• 7–10+ years of experience in television, digital advertising, media sales, sponsorships, sports, entertainment, or a related field.
\n
• Hands-on experience selling television and digital advertising.
\n
• Proven track record of consistently generating new business, growing revenue, and retaining and expanding client relationships.
\n
• Experience developing and selling integrated media, advertising, sponsorship, and social media opportunities.
\n
• Experience developing and executing social media marketing and advertising strategies as part of broader brand and media partnerships.
\n
• Ability to work across sales, marketing, social, creative, and content teams to develop compelling advertising and partnership opportunities.
\n
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
\n
• Comfortable working independently and building a sales function in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working with major broadcast partners or television networks.
\n
• Strong relationships with advertising agencies and direct-to-brand marketers.
\n
• Background selling across both television and digital platforms.
\n
• Ability to develop sponsorship and advertising packages around live events and content.
\n
• Familiarity with social media marketing and advertising as part of larger brand partnerships.

• Comfortable working with sales, marketing, social, creative, and content teams to bring integrated campaigns to market.
