Marketing Campaign Manager

We are seeking a Campaign Manager to support a growing Outbound Sales Marketing organization focused on connecting customers with sales experts through strategic outbound campaigns. This role serves as the bridge between Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Analytics, and Leadership, ensuring campaigns are planned, executed, and delivered successfully. The ideal candidate is a strong project and stakeholder manager who can drive cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution, communicate effectively with executives, and keep multiple teams aligned throughout the campaign lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Own outbound marketing campaigns from planning through execution. Develop campaign plans, timelines, and execution strategies. Coordinate cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Analytics, and Project Management. Partner with stakeholders to identify target audiences and procure customer lists. Create sales talk tracks, call scripts, messaging guidance, and campaign documentation. Ensure campaign milestones, dependencies, and deliverables remain on track. Interpret campaign performance dashboards and translate results into executive-level business insights. Present campaign outcomes, recommendations, and business updates to leadership. Document campaign processes, edge cases, and best practices. Drive communication across multiple teams while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Campaign Management, Marketing Management, Program Management, Project Management, Sales Enablement, or a related field. Experience managing marketing or sales campaigns from planning through execution. Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Experience supporting sales organizations through campaign strategy, messaging, or enablement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to leadership. Ability to interpret campaign performance metrics and communicate business insights. Experience documenting processes and managing project deliverables. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Google Workspace. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting outbound marketing or sales campaigns. Background in B2B SaaS, technology, fintech, or consumer software. Experience creating sales talk tracks, call scripts, or sales enablement content. Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude or Cursor. Experience reading campaign dashboards and translating analytics into business recommendations. Experience working with products or services similar to tax, financial software, or customer advisory organizations.
