IT Manager - Network Operations

Leading day-to-day operations for the Network Operations team, the full-time IT Manager - Network Operations will manage a team of network engineers, oversee network infrastructure across multiple data centers, and ensure high standards of service delivery while working remotely within the U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Key responsibilities Oversee and manage a team of network engineers, providing leadership and ensuring effective team performance Supervise network operations across multiple data centers, managing various network technologies and connectivity Lead and coordinate larger network projects, ensuring timely and successful completion while collaborating with various teams Required qualifications 6+ years of related experience in IT/network operations 2+ years of people management experience, including hiring and performance reviews Experience with LAN/WAN, cloud, and broadband network technologies Knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, SNMP/RMON, and RDP Ability to work a schedule from 4 pm CST to 1 am CST
