Position Overview

As a Licensed Frontline Vacation Ownership Sales Representative, you'll meet with qualified guests visiting our resort, deliver professional vacation ownership presentations, build value in the ownership experience, overcome objections, and confidently close sales.

You'll work in a high-energy environment alongside experienced leaders who are invested in helping you maximize your production and income.

Qualifications

Required

• Active Florida Real Estate License

• Previous sales experience

• Strong closing ability

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

• Professional appearance and exceptional customer service skills

• Ability to work weekends and holidays

Preferred

• Vacation ownership or timeshare sales experience

• Commission-based sales experience

• In-person sales presentation experience

• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
