Capitalize on the rapid commercial and residential growth in Sumner County with an opportunity where your earnings match your effort! Farmers Insurance is actively recruiting high-performing, driven individuals to launch a Retail Insurance Agency in Hendersonville, TN.

Whether you are early in your career or looking for a major step up, this role is built for people with high energy and a strong work ethic. As an Agency Owner, you will run your own office and market Farmers' wide range of products, including Auto, Home, Commercial, and Life Insurance.
You will not find another company that supports the path to agency ownership the way we do. You won't have to figure it out alone —our experienced District staff provides direct, ongoing support to ensure your agency operates smoothly and grows rapidly. Responsibilities
Establish an Agency: Launch and run a retail agency location in the booming Hendersonville market with District staff backing.
Lead Sales Efforts: Build, train, and inspire a team of sales reps to drive new customer acquisition.
Market Product Lines: Deliver solutions across Personal Lines, Commercial Business Insurance, and Life Health products.
Connect with the Community : Build relationships with business owners, realtors, lenders, and community groups throughout Hendersonville and Sumner County.
Take Ownership: Oversee your business growth, revenue targets, and customer experience.
Requirements

No Insurance Background Needed : Open to all backgrounds—we train you on insurance; you bring the attitude and drive.
Licensing: Ability to obtain Tennessee Property Casualty and Life Health licenses (Free study materials provided with NO contract obligations).
Background Check: Must pass standard industry credit and background checks.
Strong Communication: Coachable, outgoing personality with strong relational skills.
