Director of Quality

The successful candidate is an accomplished operations executive with a strong record of leading complex manufacturing environments. They bring a balanced leadership style: strategic enough to establish a long‑term operating vision and practical enough to engage directly with teams, processes, and performance challenges on the plant floor. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, business, manufacturing, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred. Ten or more years of progressive manufacturing or operations leadership experience, including meaningful responsibility for plant, site, or multi‑functional operations. Demonstrated success leading cross‑functional teams across manufacturing, quality, engineering, supply chain, and related operational areas. Proven ability to improve operational performance through data‑driven decision‑making, disciplined execution, and continuous‑improvement initiatives. Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, production systems, quality management, supply‑chain operations, and performance‑management practices. Experience developing operating plans, managing budgets, allocating resources, and achieving financial and productivity targets. Strong understanding of workplace safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory‑compliance expectations within a manufacturing setting. Exceptional communication, leadership, coaching, and stakeholder‑management skills.
